I have a few health intolerance(s)/sensitivities that have come about in life due to; hypothyroidism, Gut dysbiosis and mental health Illness (WHICH IS ALL rooted in stress). this limits my already vegan diet but I don't let that stop me. If I can eat it and it's nourishing, I will surely prepare (cooked or raw) it and eat up!!!

If you don't eat this way, no worries. Slowly add something new (remove something unhealthy), low/unprocessed and nutritious to your daily nourishment routine once a week. Change takes time but with effort you will see your body, mind and spirit change for the better.

Whole Grains (Less white; bread, Flour and rice)

No Canned Fruits Or Veggies (Fresh, organic and or Frozen, when possible)

Smoothies (GREEN, meaning mostly veggies, only 1/4-1/3 cup of fruit, per serving 9-15oz)

Use Natural Sugars (No white Processed sugars)

Natural Oils (That are unrefined, extra virgin, organic. Never consume vegetable, canola, soy or peanut)

Soak your legumes/Nuts/seeds/rice, in alkaline/spring/mountain/purified water (overnight when possible at the least 7 hours, to help break down casings and release natural enzymes. This will make it easier for your system to digest and absorb the nutrients more efficiently)
