Training Packages
***Depending on where you live in the Atlanta land area I make house visits, $30 travel fee, per visit will be added to your session cost
***Low income person(s)/College students can receive $35 off any individual and $20 off any group package if applicable (travel fee will be waived)
***Online training-Upon Picking your package, I will send you your fitness/health worksheets to fill out and send back to me upon completion. After I receive your completed worksheets, we can set your days/time and a weekly hour (it may not actually be an hour) video conference day. Please let me know as we go along of the things that work and don't work for you also what I can do to help you better reach your goals!!!
