This session includes a longer warm-up, full workout and cool-down. Flat rate, no agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Client must contact trainer 24 hours in advance, prior, to cancel session to be excused from the session payment. Failure to contact within 24 hours will result in same rate plus $15 session cancellation fee.
