Six days, per week, per person. This session includes a warm-up, full workout and cool-down. With this package your sixth day will be low impact/mostly stretches.
Two to three individuals can sign group agreement for three, six or nine months.
Cancellation Policy
Client must contact trainer 24 hours in advance, prior, to cancel session to be excused from the session payment. Failure to contact within 24 hours will result in same rate plus $15 session cancellation fee.
